Katya Dimitrova is a co-founder and managing partner of the communications group Interpartners – a leading Bulgarian communications group, including the creative agency Interpartners, the PR agency InterImage, and the digital unit The Digitarians.

This year, the group turns 33 years old and is the only independent Bulgarian communications company with such long and sustainable market success. Katya is a communicator by profession and by heart, a consultant on a number of corporate and institutional projects, Chairperson of the Management Board of the PR association BAPRA from 2017 to 2019, and currently Chairperson of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Association of Communication Agencies (BACA).

She is a member of the management boards of public organizations – two foundations: BCause and the Blagotvoritel Foundation, the Women's Forum association, and the Belgium-Bulgaria-Luxembourg business club. A mother of a 25-year-old son and daughter, Katya has made it her mission to give opportunities to young professionals and to work for the cause of keeping bright minds in Bulgaria.
