Dragiya Dragiev is the CEO of BGC AD (Minimart, convenience stores). He is an expert on fast retail expansion based on algorithmic methods. He was managing/operations director for Pepco Bulgaria, which became fast the leading textile discount retailer in Bulgaria, and before that expansion director for Billa Bulgaria, the food retailer with the highest number of stores in the country. In the last 20 years he worked for different multinational retail, FMCG and commercial real estate companies. He has experience in developing and managing big regional shopping centers, as well as in finance and logistics management roles in Germany and Bulgaria. Education: bachelor of science in mathematics from TU Munich and MBA from Purdue University.
