Aneliya Georgieva is a Global People Communications Senior Manager at Experian, where she leads strategic internal HR communications across a multicultural and matrixed organizational environment. With over 10 years of experience as a communications expert -including roles in the retail sector, PR agency, and media - she has worked with companies across various industries, gaining expertise in communication strategy, brand management, internal communications, and the creation of media and advertising content.

In her current role, Aneliya works closely with Experian’s global senior leadership, supporting change management, the development of a strong internal culture, and the execution of global HR initiatives through effective internal communications reaching nearly 22,000 employees across more than 30 countries. Her approach focuses on turning complex messages into clear, actionable stories that put people first.

A passionate advocate for innovation, Aneliya integrates AI tools into her daily work to enhance strategic planning, writing, and editing. She believes that when used thoughtfully and responsibly, AI can empower communication professionals to amplify their impact within the organization while keeping the human element at the heart of every message.
